MouNTAIN HOUSE Paoposm MAcxnno TEwAnvE MAP 3.0 ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION <br /> I find that the proposed project MAY have a"potentially significant impact"or"potentially <br /> significant unless mitigated"impact on the environment,but at least one effect 1)has been <br /> adequately analyzed in an earlier document pursuant to applicable legal standards,and 2)has <br /> been addressed-by mitigation measures based on the earlier analysis as described on attached <br /> sheets. An ENVIRW,&ENTAL IMPACT REPORT is required,but it must analyze only the <br /> effects that remain to be addressed. <br /> I find that: 1)the SPIIIEIR has been prepared and certified;2) all potentially significant impacts <br /> of SPIII have been addressed in.the SPIIIEIR; 3)the.proposed project is a subsequent activity <br /> that is within the scope of the SPIIIEIR;and 4)the checklist found that there are no effects that <br /> were not examined in the SPIIIEIR and no new mitigation is required.
