E05120A <br /> 2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1940,1952,1963,1975 and 1983 were reviewed <br /> at the SanJoaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton,California.' One additional photo,dated 1993, <br /> was obtained from Microsoft Terraserven3 Two large-scale photos,dated 1985 and 1997,were obtained <br /> from WAC Corporation, Inc. of Eugene, Oregon. <br /> In the 1940 photo,the subject property appears to be mostly crop land. An irrigation canal is apparent <br /> crossing the southern portion of the property, and the Shell crude oil pipelines are apparent crossing <br /> L the property diagonally. Several structures are apparent on the subject property, including two <br /> structures which appear to be barns or shop buildings. Surrounding properties are agricultural. <br /> In the 1952 photo, a few smaller structures are apparent near the existing structures. The subject <br /> 6. property and its immediate vicinity otherwise appear relatively unchanged from the previous photo. <br /> In the 1963 photo, the milk barn can be seen on the subject property. Some of the smaller structures <br /> i. appear to have changed location slightly. The eastern portion of the property has been developed with <br /> dairy corrals, and a pond is apparent in the northeast corner of the subject property. High-voltage <br /> power lines cross the northwest comer of the subject property. The adjacent property to the southwest <br /> L. has been planted with orchard. The adjacent property to the north appears to be a dairy with ponds. <br /> In the 1975 photo,the southernmost of the original structures on the property is no longer apparent. <br /> `. The property and its immediate vicinity otherwise remain relatively unchanged from the previous photo. <br /> y In the 1983 and 1985 photos,a circular object is apparent near the structures on the property. The line <br /> 6. of the Shell pipelines can no longer be discerned. The subject property and its immediate vicinity <br /> appear relatively unchanged from the previous photo. <br /> v. In the 1993 and 1997 photos, several mobile homes can be discerned in the residential area on the <br /> subject property. Some white objects are being stored in the conal area on the eastern portion of the <br /> Lproperty. New development is apparent to the southeast. The subject property and its immediate <br /> L vicinity otherwise appear relatively unchanged from the previous photos. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. Due to their scale,the photos obtained from <br /> 6. WAC have not been reproduced.
