L. k'9 KLEINFELDER <br /> • Note facilities adjacent to the site that have an obvious potential to affect the <br /> environmental conditions at the site. <br /> L <br /> • Photographically document conditions at the time of the site visit. <br /> L <br /> TASK 4.0 FINAL REPORT OF FINDINGS <br /> 4.1 Provide a final report of findings. The report of findings will include an evaluation of the <br /> information obtained from the phase one preliminary site assessment. Thereport will <br /> include illustrations, color photographs, and pertinent regulatory agency documentation <br /> regarding the site. The report will discuss findings and recommendations. <br /> Assumption and Client Responsibilities <br /> The proposed scope of services and estimated budget are based on the following: <br /> • The client will provide Kleinfelder with the authorization to access the site. The <br /> client will provide a written right of entry authorization, if requested. <br /> • The client is responsible for providing an accurate map delineating site boundaries. <br /> If site boundaries are not clearly marked in the field, then it is the client's <br /> responsibility to arrange for such. <br /> • The site visit can be conducted in one day. If the site visit cannot be completed in <br /> L one day, additional fees will be incurred. <br /> • Environmental sampling and analysis are not included in the scope of services. <br /> V <br /> • Three copies of the report of findings will be delivered to the client. <br /> �. • Client meetings and revisions to the report are not included in the budget estimate, <br /> but can be provided on a time and materials basis at the client's request. <br /> 6. • The review of regulatory agency files is limited to the site and adjacent facilities <br /> only. If regulatory agency file reviews for additional sites are recommended, then <br /> Lclient will be contacted for authorization of additional fees. <br /> • Client to provide preliminary title report (optional under ASTM) which lists <br /> existing easements and current ownership or a 50-year Chain-of-Title.
