kn KLEINFELDER <br /> 2.1 Review obtainable Sanborn Fire Insurance Company Maps to gain knowledge of past <br /> operations, facilities, or activities of environmental concern for the subject site and <br /> adjacent properties. <br /> 2.2 Review readily obtainable aerial photographs for discernible physical features regarding <br /> past operations, facilities, and activities of environmental concern for the subject site and <br /> adjacent properties. <br /> ` 2.3 Review available city directories for prior business names that operated at the subject site. <br /> 2.4 Review chain-of-title or recorded document guarantee report (if provided by client) <br /> ` dating back 50 years which lists current and former easements and ownership. As an <br /> alternative a preliminary title report describing existing easements and current ownership <br /> may be reviewed if provided by the client. <br /> 2.5 A reasonable attempt will be made to interview available "key site managers" who may <br /> have historical environmental information of the subject site. Interviews will be <br /> conducted unless you request that we omit this task to protect the confidentiality of the <br /> transaction. Interviews will be limited to a maximum of two selected key personnel per <br /> site. Pegasus Development will be responsible for supplying the names and phone <br /> numbers of two key personnel to be interviewed. <br /> 2.6 Review geological and hydrogeological information for the area in which the site is <br /> located. <br /> TASK 3.0 SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br /> 3.1 Conduct a site visit to observe field conditions indicating recognizable environmental <br /> conditions in connection with the property that may include: <br /> 'r <br /> • Note obvious location(s) of suspected past and present hazardous substance <br /> L storage, application, use, and disposal areas. <br /> • Note obvious location(s) of aboveground and underground storage tanks, <br /> pipelines, wells, and transformers and note building materials suspected to <br /> contain asbestos.
