DON D'AMICO <br /> Regional Environmental Manager <br /> Hanford/Healy Investors - Southern California. Mr. D'Amico performed lead-based <br /> paint inspections and report preparation for several multi-family housing units located <br /> throughout southern California. The surveys were performed in accordance with the <br /> U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Guidelines for the evaluation <br /> and control of lead-based paint in housing pursuant to Title X of the Housing and <br /> Community Development Act of 1992. <br /> Lead-Based Paint Survey, Eleven Buildings, Port of Los Angeles, California. <br /> Conducted a lead-based paint survey of eleven buildings slated to be demolished at <br /> the Port of Los Angles identified as the "Harry Bridges Boulevard Project." At the <br /> conclusion of the survey, abatement specifications were prepared for removal of <br /> painted surfaces/components identified during the survey as containing lead above the <br /> regulatory criteria. <br /> D'AnucoD (12/01) 4 _ <br />
