The western portion is vacant disced field. Two concrete <br /> ventilation pipes were observed along the northern edge of the site (Appendix A, Photograph <br /> L 48). A below grade concrete vault was observed along the northern edge of the site also <br /> (Appendix A, Photograph 47). A large pile of soil and a wet area were located in the <br /> northeastern corner of the site (Appendix A, Photographs 50-51).
