CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
We have performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment in conformance with the scope and
`, limitations of ASTM Practice E 1527 of the approximately 230-acre property located north of
Interstate 205 and west of Mountain House Parkway in Tracy, California. Any exceptions to, or
deletions from this practice are described in Chapter 8.3 of this report.
L
In summary, this assessment has revealed evidence of historically recognized environmental
Lconditions in connection with the property:
• The produce stand and residential trailer located north of the produce stand, and office
trailer and shed associated with the fish ponds all appear to have been built prior to the
L 1980's and may contain asbestos containing building materials and/or lead based paints.
Kleinfelder recommends that an asbestos and lead based paint inspection be performed
on these structures by a certified Cal-OSHA qualified inspector, if the structures are to be
L demolished prior to site development. The residential trailer and office trailer are being
removed by the current owner Mr. Spatafore at close of escrow.
L 21073.P01 /ST02R761 Page 26 of 31
LCopyright 2002 Kleinfelder,Inc.
