Mountain House Parkway, Tracy) <br /> ACTION: On November 1, 2002, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> PA-02-393 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$295.00.
