Conditions of Approval <br /> MS-92-67 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map or indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. On Parcel 2, construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> b. On Parcel 2, construction of an individual domestic water <br /> well under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloroporpane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. <br /> 4. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new <br /> development constructed when any portion of an exterior <br /> wall of the f first story is located more than 150 feet <br /> from the public access road. This road shall be <br /> constructed to meet or exceed standards published in <br /> Public Work design standards. (Section 10-203 U.F.C. ) <br /> The access road must be fully improved to these standards <br /> prior to any final inspections. <br /> S. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
