Owner is the owner and operator of an agricultural enterprise located in the <br /> unincorporated area of San Joaquin County, containing approximately acres of land, which is <br /> subject to a Williamson Act Contract, identified as Contract No. recorded in the Official <br /> Records of San Joaquin County, California,on at Book <br /> Page , or Instrument No. hereinafter called <br /> " contract property." <br /> 2. Owner intends to subdivide and transfer a minimum 10 acre parcel of the contract <br /> property to Grantee. <br /> 3. Owner and Grantee desire to continue the operation of the agricultural enterprise. <br /> In order to insure that the integrity of the contract property is maintained, Owner and Grantee are seeking <br /> subdivision approval in accordance with Government Code Section 66474.4 (b) (1)and hereby enter into <br /> a joint management agreement pursuant to Government Code Section 51230.1. <br />
