Mr. Greg Arnaudo indicated that Parcel 6 will remain <br /> L agricultural, with the existing residential and agricultural buildings remaining as well (personal <br /> communication, August 25, 2004). <br /> 1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> r. <br /> A site vicinity map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 2. <br /> 1.4 Site Map <br /> ` A site map is included in the appendix of this report as Plate 1. <br /> 2.0 PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> 2.1 Past and Present Site Use <br /> 6. One residence, one garage, one agricultural building, and one pump house are located on the <br /> Site. A dirt driveway leads from Jack Tone Road to the residential area. The residence has a <br /> septic system. A domestic well is located to the immediate south of the pump house. A dirt <br /> road and irrigation canal cross the Site from Jack Tone Road to the western property line. <br /> One agricultural well is located halfway up the eastern boundary of the Site (Plate 1). <br /> Mr. Arnaudo stated that Arnaudo Brothers Inc. has owned the Site for approximately five <br /> years and that in that time they have only grown corn and alfalfa. He believed that the <br /> previous owner, Mr.Jim Nielson, had grown tomatoes and cauliflower (personal <br /> communication, September 1, 2004). <br /> .. 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> L <br /> The single septic system on the Site serves the residence (Plate 1). A septic repair was <br /> underway on this system at the time of this report. The repair included the addition of new <br /> leach lines and seepage pits. <br /> ` 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> No septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EM on September 1, 2004. <br /> 3 <br />
