September 10, 2004 <br /> NOA Project Number: E040104A <br /> ` 1.1 Site Description <br /> The Site consists of six parcels, Assessor Parcel Numbers 201-140-09, -10, -11, -12,-13, and-14. <br /> The county application number is LA-01-105. According to the San Joaquin County <br /> Assessors Parcel Map, each parcel is approximately 19.8 acres in size, for a total of 118.87 acres <br /> (Plate 1). One single-family residence, one garage, one shop building, and one pump house are <br /> r. located in the southeast corner of the Site. The remainder of the Site is an agricultural field, <br /> currently planted with alfalfa. Two wells and one septic system exist on the Site. Agricultural building <br /> The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map, is <br /> ` approximately 47 feet above mean sea level. The Site is relatively flat but located in a region <br /> with a slight grade of approximately 10 feet per mile down to the west. <br /> According to San Joaquin Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-40, ✓ <br /> limited agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning designation "is <br /> established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural <br /> enterprises" (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us, 2004). <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> LAccording to information available at the San Joaquin County Community Development <br /> Department, the project consists of a lot line adjustment on six parcels.
