Jack Tone Road, Lodi <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section <br /> 5-2400. All waste from this operation shall be handled so as not to cause an odor or <br /> vector nuisance. Remove manure from premise every (7) days, or provide a manure <br /> management plan that is approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b.
