Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br />modified. <br />A. The Environmental Health Department received a surface and subsurface contamination <br />report (Service Request #SR0040114) on October 27, 2004, that has not been reviewed yet. <br />Prior to recordation of Parcel Map, the report shall be reviewed and found acceptable by the <br />Environmental Health Department. <br />B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br />incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br />tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of final map (San Joaquin County <br />Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review <br />fee of $465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br />The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br />County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br />septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br />system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br />NOTE: All wells on parcels shall be tested for nitrates. <br />C. On Parcel 2, construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by <br />the Environmental Health Department is required prior to recordation of final map (San <br />Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />NOTE: Selling of any of the large parcels may have impact to size of dairy for manure <br />management practices. <br />
