Therefore, a State <br />Reclamation Board Permit shall be required for all work done on Paddy Creek and its levees. <br />6. A tributary of Paddy Creek passes through Parcels 2, 3, and 4. Therefore, the applicant shall keep this <br />tributary free of all obstacles which impede the flow of water and any alteration to this tributary will require <br />obtaining a Watercourse Encroachment Permit from the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works. <br />Furthermore, the tributary shall be delineated on the Parcel Map with a 25 -foot building setback from the <br />top of both banks of the channel. <br />NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one (1) acre of soil shall require a <br />State NPDES construction permit. <br />DG:SH:ar <br />
