These Requirements can not be <br /> modified. <br /> a. An individual sewage disposal system for the floor drain in the existing barn shall be <br /> constructed under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-110.3) <br /> b. The number of animals per acre shall be consistent with good waste management <br /> practices. A manure management plan shall be submitted for approval to the <br /> Environmental Health Division.
