This site is located on the <br /> west side of Jack Tone Road, opposite Victor Road, south of <br /> Lockeford. <br /> This project is scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission <br /> on September 16 , 1993 . <br /> If approved, staff recommends the following conditions : <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval must be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance <br /> of any building permits. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2 ) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> a. Only 5 horses are permitted on the property at one time. <br /> b. The cherry orchard shall be converted to pasture. <br />
