d. If the homesite area is lower than adjacent irrigated property, a permanent berm or ditch <br /> will need to be constructed around the homesite parcel to prevent accidental flooding <br /> from irrigation water. The property owner shall either verify field elevations or submit a <br /> written statement to the District which indicates that the property in question is not subject <br /> to flooding from adjacent irrigated property. <br /> e. A copy of the survey map shall be provided to the District's Engineering Department for <br /> review to ensure that the above conditions have been satisfied. <br /> 5.
