Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP)and <br /> nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1115.7). <br /> C. Prior to issuance of building permit for residence on remainder parcel,a Soil Suitability Study shall <br /> be performed and submitted to The Environmental Health Department with a review fee of$186.00 <br /> due at time of submittal. <br /> D. Destroy the Agricultural well(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department,prior to Parcel Map approval as required(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> E. A pit that appears constructed for animal waste handling has been abandoned. Prior to Parcel Map <br /> approval,applicant shall have pit properly filled with soil with verification by the Environmental <br /> Health Department under a consultation permit and inspection with a$186.00 fee. The existence of <br /> the pit is a violation of California Health and Safety Code,Section 115700. <br /> F. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability <br /> findings (San Joaquin County Development Title,Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> G. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.3). <br /> H. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored,removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br /> 2400. <br /> MR 0 <br />
