Date: August 23, 2005 Re: Lead Agency Project Title: N/A - - Lead Agency Project Number: PA- 0500453 (MS) Assessor Parcel Number(s): 007-280-22 Total Acres to be converted from Open Space Use: 40 acres Habitat Types to be Disturbed: Natural Land Species Impact Findings: Findings to be determined by SJMSCP biologist. Dear Ms. Kuhl: SJCOG, Inc. has reviewed application PA- 0500453 (MS) this project involves a minor subdivision application to subdivide a 40-acre parcel Into four parcels and a designated remainder. Parcel 1, 2, 3, and 4 to contain 5-acres each, and the designated remainder to contain 20 acres. This project Is located on the west side of Lone Tree Road, %z mile north of Peltier Road, Acampo. San Joaquin County is a signatory to San Joaquin County Multi-Spocies Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan (SJMSCP). Participation In the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state and federal endangered species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a level of significance in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Although participation in the SJMSCP is voluntary, lead agents should be aware that if project applicants choose against participating in the SJMSCP, they will be required to provide alternative mitigation in an amount and kind equal to that provided in the SJMSCP. This project Is not subject to participate at this time.
