Jack Tone Road,Acampo,CA. The project is in an agricultural community, <br /> and the existing parcels are zoned AG-40. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed'devel6pment: It is proposed to split the 3 existing parcels into <br /> four parcels; three a acre parcels, and one 114}acre parcel. In accordance with the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> (SSCR)is being submitted for approval. Mr. <br /> Silva was interviewed on April 8,2004,by Louie Mendez of Dillon&Murphy. The Silva <br /> family has owned the property for more than 20 years. It is currently a retired dairy with some <br /> cows and annual crops and has historically been surrounded by grazing land and rural residential <br /> houses. <br /> Future use of the property consists of either rural residential or agricultural development. No <br /> construction is proposed at this time. <br /> 3%IDENTIFICATION Off;„ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF j <br /> CONTAMINATION- <br /> 3.1 M-hods used to research; Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at <br /> the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on April 30,2004(see appendix for <br /> results).
