To the south and east <br /> were vineyards <br /> Environmental Health Department Records <br /> Live Oak contacted the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department regarding the 3 <br /> Site addresses. According to Ashreen Ali, no records related to environmental issues (other <br /> than the previous SSCR report) are on file for the Site address of 23800 N. Jack Tone Road <br /> (correspondence, June 9, 2016) or the mobile home addresses of 13524 and 13530 E. Jahant <br /> Road (personal communication, June 15, 2016). <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department well and septic <br /> permit files for the Site addresses; nine permits were identified: <br /> • July 1967 permit for new septic system at milk barn. The permit indicates an 800-gallon <br /> septic tank, a 40-foot leach line, and a 25-foot deep by 33-inch diameter seepage pit <br /> (23800 N. Jack Tone). <br /> • April 1972 permit for new septic system to serve mobile home. The permit indicates a <br /> 1,200 septic tank, a 100-foot leach line, and a 25-foot deep by 33-inch diameter seepage <br /> pit (23800 N. Jack Tone). <br /> • November 1977 permit for new septic system at mobile home. The permit indicates a <br /> 1,200-gallon septic tank, two 50-foot leach lines, and two 25-foot deep by 33-inch <br /> diameter seepage pits (13524 E. Jahant). <br /> • December 1978 permit for new domestic well near milk barn (23800 N. Jack Tone). <br /> • January 1979 permit for installation of pump in new well discussed above (23800 N. <br /> Jack Tone). <br /> • January 1979 permit for new irrigation well (23800 N. Jack Tone). <br /> • May 1979 permit for pump installation in new irrigation well discussed above (23800 N. <br /> Jack Tone). <br /> • May 1994 permit for addition of one 40-foot leach line and 25-foot deep by 36-inch <br /> diameter seepage pit to existing system at mobile home (13524 E. Jahant). <br /> • August 1999 permit for repair to septic system at two mobile homes. The permit <br /> indicated that the systems would be divined so that each home utilized one 1,100-gallon <br /> septic tank, two 40-foot or one 50-foot leach line, and two 25-foot deep by 36-inch <br /> diameter seepage pits (13530 E. Jahant). <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's Hazardous <br /> Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground Storage Tanks, Aboveground Storage <br /> Tanks, Site Mitigation, and Leaking Underground Storage Tanks lists dated August 2015, for <br /> facilities of concern within one-quarter mile of the Site. The following facilities were identified <br /> within the search radius: <br /> • Larry Gribaudo, 14615 E. Peltier Rd. This facility is located approximately one-quarter <br /> mile southeast of the subject Site and is included on the Aboveground Storage Tanks <br /> list. Based on its distance from the Site and the nature of the listing, it is not anticipated <br /> to have impacted the Site at this time <br />
