PA-0400354 OF MELITON <br /> AND LUCILA RANGEL <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval pre-application for <br /> agricultural truck parking for two trucks and four trailers. The total acreage of the project is <br /> 5 acres which meets the minimum requirement of 4 acres (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 605.6[f]{1}). The project site is located on the west side of Jack Tone Rd., 1500 feet south <br /> of East State Route 26 in Stockton. The property has access from Jack Tone Rd. which is <br /> a sixty (60) foot county maintained road that meets the minimum requirement of twenty feet <br /> of paved road (Development Title Section 9-605.6[f]{21). The property contains the <br /> residence of the owner and operators of the trucks (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 605.6[ff{3}). No employees, other than the owner-operator and his brother work in the truck <br /> parking operation (Development Title Section 9-605.6[f]{41). <br /> The General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture) and the zoning is AG-40 <br /> (General Agriculture-minimum 40 acres). <br /> The applicant is currently under enforcement by the Community Development Department <br /> (CDD) for operating without a permit for truck and trailer parking, as well as outside storage <br /> of junk and trash, and inoperable vehicles. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Site Approval pre- <br /> application. In the event that a full application is submitted, these are some of the likely <br /> conditions of approval: <br /> 1.
