(Development Title Section 9-605.6[f](3)) <br /> EMPLOYEES: No employees, other than members of the owner-operator's immediate <br /> family, are allowed in the agricultural truck parking operation. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-605.6[f](41). <br /> MAINTENANCE BUILDING: Only one accessory structure is allowed for maintenance <br /> and repair of the permitted trucks and trailers. (Development Title Section 9-605.6[f](5)) <br /> COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the <br /> required permits, the following shall apply (unless the property becomes compliant): <br /> Grading Permit shall be submitted within thirty (30) days from the effective date of approval. <br /> All Conditions of Approval shall be completed within thirty (30) days of issuance of the <br /> Grading Permit. <br /> BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to <br /> the initiation of the use. (County Ordinance Code Section 7-1000) <br /> STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional stormwater drainage created by new improvements <br /> shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan.
