report shows a 120' contour thru the approximate center of the farm. The land slopes to the west at an approximate slope of 0.005 ft/ft. The 110'contour is on the west side of Jack Tone Road. SOIL CONDITIONS Il In general the top 18" was dark organic clay. Clay was present to 25'with interspersed layers of gravel cemented with a silty sandy clay mixture. Moist clay was encountered at approximately 18'. Parcel 3 borings indicated a thin layer of sand at approximately 21'. Parcel 1 and 2 borings ofd March 7 did not indicate any percoble soil layer. The higher ground borings for the April 10 testing indicated during the drilling a less dense/cemented strata overall, with a gravel layer beginning at 8' and another gravel layer at approximately 20-25'. Pits would be required to reach the percoble layers. 911 SEPTIC TANK SITING q «- G� The septic tank will be located near the residence and should be a two compartment tank. If a pump is required,the distance to the leach field, the difference in elevation and the size of the line will determine the size of pump required. Parcel 3 and 4 are sites comparable with gravity flow type system. Parcel 1 and 2 maneed a um led to um the clear effluent to the leach field. A riser to grade would alsolie required to provide access to the pump/filter. We would recommend the biotube pump vault by OSI, or equal, should pumps be required. A fact sheet is enclosed.
