This Addendum requested by Linda Turkatte. A check sheet was furnished on May 20 for use as <br /> a guide for Soil Suitability Studies. This check sheet was made retro-active to all reports. It was <br /> agreed to submit additional information, as known, if the project was released. <br /> INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT SECTION <br /> The Van Mar Farms has sold 80 acres to CRV Enterprises. The Tentative Map shows 4 lots of <br /> 10 acres each and a remainder of 40 acres. Single family residences are planned for the 41dts. <br /> The zoning is 10 acres RR. All the parcels are vacant. Parcel 3has one horsebam. Parcel 4 has a <br /> pond. The residence has been constructed on Parcel 4 and theseptic system installed prior to our <br /> report. The soil removed for the installation was not observed. Many cross fences exist. <br /> PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE SECTION <br /> The present use is limited to a few horses in residence. The use of the remainder is inknown. In <br /> the past pasture was for feed and grazing. Some cattle were grazing in July, 2002. <br /> EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION <br /> Mrs. Rose stated they acquired the property in 1967. She was not aware of any past problems <br /> with the septic system.
