ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION: <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number <br /> of employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for <br /> and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only <br /> and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> b. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division (state <br /> specific repairs) . <br /> 1) New development will require 380 feet of leach line. <br /> 2) New development will require 1400 gallon septic tank. <br /> 3) New development will require an area of 100% of the <br /> original septic leach line area reserve for future <br /> repairs. <br /> 4 . LINDEN-PETERS FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> ORDINANCE REOUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. Identify the method of refrigeration and meet all requirements <br /> for such method as stated in Article 63 of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code. <br /> b. Provide unobstructed 20-foot wide Fire Department access lane <br /> around the facility in compliance with Article 10 of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code. <br />
