CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-21 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> c. Provide Automatic Fire Extinguishing system as per the San <br /> Joaquin County adopting ordinance. Any sprinkler appeals <br /> shall be made directly to this Fire District. <br /> d. Provide water supply and fire flow in accordance with N. F.P.A. <br /> Pamphlet No. 24 or N.F.P.A. Pamphlet No. 1231 and the Uniform <br /> Fire Code with approval by the Fire Department. <br /> e. Make application through the Fire Department for all permits <br /> required by the Uniform Fire Code for the entire facility. <br /> f . Building plans to be submitted to the Fire Department for <br /> approval prior to construction. <br /> g. Provide plans for inside storage of bins, pallets, etc. and <br /> indicate if racks will be used. Inside storage of products <br /> higher than 12-feet shall comply with Article 81 of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code. <br /> S. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The District ' s Fugitive Dust Control Practices shall be <br /> implemented if and when construction/grading takes place. <br /> (Copy attached) <br /> b. It is the responsibility of the applicant to notify the <br /> District in writing with respect to the actual date of <br /> construction/grading one week prior to said activities. <br /> C. The project operator shall maintain adequate record keeping <br /> of mitigation measures, if applicable for Air Pollution <br /> Control District staff in making scheduled or unscheduled <br /> inspections. <br /> 6. BUILDING DIVISION: <br /> ORDINANCE REOUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. <br /> Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a .
