<br /> Mass Balance Analysis
<br /> ` In order to perform the mass balance analysis for multiple nitrate sources, each source
<br /> and its annual water quantity and average nitrogen concentration needs to be identified and
<br /> assumptions addressed. Two separate analysis were performed; 1)using rain fall, septic system
<br /> waste water and process waste water, and 2)using only rain and septic system waste water. The
<br /> following table presents the calculations and results of the nitrate loading based on two (2)
<br /> scenarios.
