The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is$272.00 per 1,000 gross square <br /> foot of building designated as Manufacturing. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each <br /> year through the year 2015 at the rate of 4.55 percent. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions <br /> R-91-327, R-94-185 and R-97-5) <br /> 9. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 10. Drainage for the parcel shall be recalculated to meet the requirements of San Joaquin County Development <br /> Standards. Retention ponds shall be fenced with six(6) foot high chain link fence-or equal when the <br /> maximum design,depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin cgpacity capacityfor parcel shall be calculated <br /> by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor or an architect prior to release of Building Permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.9) <br /> 13. Thea licantJdevelo cr shall pay their fairshare for following: <br /> a) Signalization of Jack Tone Road and State Highway Route 26. The fairshare amounts to <br /> $9,900. <br /> b) Signalization of Jack Tone Road and Copperppolis Road. The fairshare amounts to$32,100. <br /> c) Sigpalization of Jack Tone Road and State Hi hwa Route .
