Other requirements may also apply. These requirements Cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Environmental Health Division requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study indiearing that <br /> the area i; suitable for septic tank usage,incorporating the number of employees,and Clic <br /> wiwcs generated by the proposed uses. This must be performed prior to issuance of building <br /> permits(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading <br /> study is required and a review fee of$445.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage srandards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E_P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required- <br /> B_ Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region,prior to development(Water Code,Article 5, Section 13280)_ <br /> C. State on revised site plans.the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being dosigned for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will he <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area.
