c.The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> e. Prior to issuance of any Certificate of Occupancy for Phase I, applicant shall add a stop sign and <br /> a painted stop bar to the project access approach (eastbound) to Jacob Brack Road at a location <br /> far enough back from Jacob Brack Road to ensure that the northbound left-turning and opposing <br /> eastbound right-turning vehicles don't conflict or collide. <br /> f. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has <br /> met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is <br /> required upon submittal of verification. <br /> g. Prior to release of building permit(s): <br /> (1) Technical data shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works to determine that the <br /> cumulative effect of the proposed development, when combined with all other existing and <br /> anticipated development, will not increase the water surface elevation of the one-hundred <br /> (100)year flood more than one (1)foot at any given point.
