a. addendum to the soil suitability/nitrate loading study dated October 20, 2009, that addresses the <br /> proposed phased expansion incorporating proposed staff and customer use, shall be submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. i <br /> The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of <br /> building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br /> $610 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$122 per percolation hole is required. <br /> {O �. In addition, show on revised plans that <br /> the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage <br /> area.
