Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. An addendum to the soil suitability/nitrate loading study dated October 20, 2009, that <br /> addresses the proposed phased expansion incorporating proposed staff and <br /> customer use, shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review <br /> fee of $610 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of <br /> the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater <br /> treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $122 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> B. A permit to operate a non transient/non community public water system will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Department prior to final occupancy of Phase <br /> 1. San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability <br /> to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and <br /> C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: <br /> Applicant shall contact Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior Registered Environmental <br /> Health Specialist, at (209) 468-0343, to determine if the existing well can be <br /> permitted as a public water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> RE.d <br />
