This correspondence <br /> is meant to provide you with sufficient information to evaluate the proposed methods for <br /> handling, treating, and disposing of process wastewater (PW) to be discharged from the facility, <br /> and to assist you in preparation of the facility Waste Discharge Requirements. The Process <br /> i Wastewater Management System will be constructed in two phases. The first phase will allow <br /> treatment, storage and disposal of PW flow for an annual wine production of 50,000 tons. The <br /> second phase will allow.treatment, storage and disposal of PW flow for an annual wine <br /> production of 100,000 tons. <br /> Trinchero Family Estates intends to complete construction of the phase one.process wastewater <br /> improvements before the beginning of the 2003 harvest. Construction of.phase two <br /> improvements will be on an as needed basis after the completion of phase one. <br /> We would appreciate written verification that the application for waste discharge has been <br /> f received for this project.
