Annual Domestic Wastewaw,System Groundwater Monitoring Report
Sutter Home Winery,Lodi,CA
June 16,2006
Page 2
ice, and delivered in accordance with chain-of-custody procedures to GeoAnalytical Laboratories, Inc.
(GeoAnalytical Laboratories) in Modesto, California, within 24 hours of sample collection.
GROUNDWATER ELEVATIONS
As specified in the MRP, groundwater level measurements were collected from all 10 monitoring wells at
the Site. Groundwater elevation data are presented in Table 1, below. The water level measurements
collected on May 9, 2006, indicate a groundwater gradient to the west. A groundwater gradient of 0.0011
feet per foot(ft/ft) was calculated using data from groundwater monitoring wells GW-3, GW-4, and GW-
6. Groundwater Monitoring Field Forms are attached.
Table 1
Groundwater Elevation Data (May 9, 2006)
Monitoring Well Collar Ground Depth to Depth to Groundwater
Well .Elevation Surface Water Below Water Below Elevation
Elevation Well Collar Surface
GW-1. 13.80 11.0 7.72 492 6.08
GW-2 10.27 7.3 5.49 2.52 4.78
GW-3 11.14 8.2 7.19 4.25 3.95
GW-4 9.85 6.9 7.56 4.61 2.29
GW-5 8.98 6.0 6.94 3.96 2.04
GW-6 7.99 5.1 5.93 3.04 2.06
GW-7 8.62 5.7 5.64 2.72 2.98
DWS-1 7.76 6.4 3.42 2.06 4.34
DWS-2 7.97 6.6 3.88 2.51 4.09
DWS-3 7.31 6.4 3.96 3,05 3.35
Measurements are in feet.
Well collar elevation referenced relative to Condor Control Point 1.
LABORATORY ANALYTICAL RESULTS
The groundwater samples collected from the domestic wastewater system monitoring wells were analyzed
for nitrate as nitrogen (N), total Kjeldahl nitrogen (TKN), total dissolved solids (TDS), and EC by
GeoAnalytical Laboratories. Laboratory certificates of analysis and chain-of-custody records are attached.
The laboratory analytical results and field parameters are summarized in Table 2 on the following page.
s -
.` CONDOR
