The laboratory analytical results of the groundwater samples
collected from monitoring wells DWS-1, DWS-2, and DWS-3 on May 9, 2006, are generally consistent
with the historic laboratory results (attached). Nitrate-N was detected above the California Department of
Health Services (DHS) Primary Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) of 10 milligrams per liter (mg/L)
in the groundwater sample collected from DWS-3. Laboratory EC values were above the recommended
DHS Secondary MCL of 900 micromhos per centimeter (µmhos/cm), but below the upper level of 1,600
µmhos/cm in all of the groundwater samples. Total Dissolved Solids were detected at concentrations
above the DHS Secondary MCL of 500 mg/L in the all of the groundwater samples, but below the upper
level of 1;000 mg/L._Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen was not detected in any of the .groundwater samples
collected at the Site during the current monitoring event. The groundwater gradient on May 9, 2006 was
generally to the west, consistent with historic data (see Figure 3). The next annual sampling event is
scheduled for May 2007.
LIMITATIONS AND SIGNATURE
Condor developed the interpretations and conclusions presented herein in accordance with generally
accepted principles and practice..Conclusions presented in this report are professional.opinions based on
limited information obtained at the time of our Site visits. Condor has endeavored to determine as much
as practical about the Site using conventional practices. given our scope of services. Condor makes no
representation as to the subsurface conditions at locations or times other than those sampled by our
employees and reported in this document. If any changes are made or errors found in the information
utilized in this report, the interpretations and conclusions contained herein shall.not be considered valid
unless the changes are reviewed by Condor and either appropriately modified or re-approved in writing.
't
 CONDOR
