Data are provided in compliance with
Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) Board Order No. R5-2002-0034 dated March 7, 2002. Three
monitor wells identified as DWS-1, DWS-2, and DWS-3 were installed by requirement of the San
Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) to monitor groundwater quality in the
vicinity of the on-Site septic leachfield. The SJCEHD maintains oversight of the domestic wastewater
system. Annual monitoring of these wells is required by the MRP due to shallow groundwater conditions
at the Site. Figures indicating the Site location, monitor well locations, 'and groundwater .elevation
contours (Figures 1, 2, and 3, respectively) are attached to this report. Also attached are field forms and
I laboratory analytical results.
SAMPLING PROCEDURES AND FIELD OBSERVATIONS
` On May 5, 2005, a Condor representative was on Site to collect groundwater samples from the three
domestic wastewater monitor wells in response to the MRP. Water level measurements were mistakenly
measured for each well prior to the purging and sampling of each well rather than measuring all of the
wells in one survey prior to any well purging. After waiting for groundwater levels to stabilize and return
to static water level across all ten wells, Condor returned to the site on May 9, 2005; water level
measurements were then recorded-according to standard procedure. All field instruments were calibrated
to manufacturer recommended standards. All down-hole field equipment was decontaminated in the field
by wiping with an isopropyl alcohol wipe and then rinsing with deionized water. The water level in each
well was measured to the nearest 0.01 foot with a battery-operated, flat-tape, water level meter. A new,
disposable, polyethylene bailer was lowered into each well to collect a field-inspection sample. The bailer
