Box 248 <br /> i St.Helena, California 94574 <br /> Regulatory Agency: San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> This is a report of the results of the annual domestic wastewater system groundwater monitoring event <br /> conducted on June 24, 2002 at the above-referenced site. Data are provided in compliance with <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program (MRP) Board Order No. R5-2002-0034 dated March 7, 2002. Three <br /> groundwater monitoring wells identified as DWS-1, DWS-2, and DWS-3 were installed by requirement <br /> of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) to monitor groundwater quality <br /> a <br /> in the vicinity of the on-site septic leachfield. The SJCEHD maintains oversight of the domestic <br /> wastewater system. Annual monitoring of these wells is required by the MRP due to shallow groundwater <br /> conditions at the site. The June 2002 sampling event is the first sampling.event for these wells as required <br /> by the MRP. Figures indicating the site location, monitor well locations, and groundwater elevation <br /> contours (Attachment A, Figures 1, 2, and 3, respectively) are attached to this report.
