i
y Annual Domestic WastewSystem Groundwater Monitoring Report
Sutter Home Winery,1,ndi,CA
Page 3
LABORATORY ANALYTICAL RESULTS
The groundwater samples collected from the domestic wastewater system monitoring wells were analyzed
for total nitrate (as nitrogen), total Kjeldahl nitrogen (TKN), total dissolved solids (TDS), and specific
F conductivity (EC) by GeoAnalytical Laboratories, Inc. of Modesto, California. Laborato certificates of
analysis and chain-of-custody records are included in Attachment C. The Iaboratory analytical results are
F" summarized in Table 2.
FjTable 2-Groundwater Sample Laboratory Analytical Results (June 24,2002)
Nitrate-N TKN TDS Specific Conductivity
[EAnalytical
its-+ 0.25 mg/l 1.0 mg/l I0 mg/1 1.0 gmhos/cm
ethod-> 300.0 351.3 160.1 120.1
DSWI-6/24/02 5.1 ND 600 918
DS W2-6/24/02 I 1 1.0 820 1140
DS 3-6/24/02 12 ND 740 1110
Unit Conversions: Anacal:
mgd:mifligrams per liter TKN=total Kjeldahl nitrogen
mlhos/cm; micromohs per centimeter TDS=total dissolved solids
ND=not detected at or above the reported laboratory detection limits
F
The constituents and parameters for which the domestic wastewater system groundwater samples were
analyzed are specified by the MRP No. R5-2002-0034 and included pH and specific conductivity (EC) in
F addition to the constituents displayed in Table 2. Because pH and EC measurements can change very
quickly after sampling, the pH and EC measurements are recorded as a part of the field measurements that
are collected at the time of sampling.
r
Table 3—Groundwater Field Parameters (June 24,2002)
Monitoring Well Temperature nC pH(S.U.) The June 2002 sampling event is the first sampling event for
these wells. The next sampling event for these wells is scheduled for June 2003.
Pi LIMITATIONS AND SIGNATURE
This report has been prepared under the direct supervision of a Registered Geologist or Professional
FEngineer in the State of California.
