Drainage from the improved portion of Parcel 1 shall be retained on-site by a retention basin(18-inch <br /> maximum depth). Drainage for the pond shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, an architect, or a <br /> licensed contractor,prior to issuance of the Building Permit. A soils report determining that adequate <br /> percolation for the retention basin is available shall be submitted and approved prior to approval of the <br /> Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1135.9) <br /> 6. The frontage improvements for Homestead Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of a fifty(50)-foot right-of-way rural road across the frontage of Parcel 1. Improvements shall be <br /> constructed prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1150.2[d][3]) <br /> 7. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of <br /> the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check,field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> aapp>val of the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-240,Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92- <br /> 8.
