ADDENDUM No. 1 <br /> May 20, 2003 <br /> Page 1 <br /> SITE MAP <br /> A copy of the Tentative Parcel Map which was submitted to the County Surveyor is attached. <br /> Parcel 2 is vacant. <br /> EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The present owner stated no repairs were required since installation of the system in 1971. The <br /> system was inspected prior to purchase in Nov. 1999 and was satisfactory. A copy of the permit <br /> is included in this Addendum. <br /> In reviewing the repairs of record in the proximity of the site the following permits were found <br /> at the EHD office: <br /> 11360 E. Jahant Add 60'LL and 1 pit 33"x25 <br /> 11554 E. Jahant Add 100'of LL and 1 pit 33"x25 <br /> 12221 E. Jahant Add 40'of LL and 1 pit 33"x25' <br /> 12889 E. Jahant Add 45'LL and 1 dry well <br /> The above were all the repairs listed in the vicinity of the site. Parcel 2 is vacant and the size of <br /> SFR planned is unknown. <br /> GROUNDWATER INFORMATION <br /> The map furnished by the SJ County Flood Control "Lines of Equal Depth to Groundwater, <br /> Spring 99" is furnished. The depth to static water is approximately 125' <br /> The well water was sampled and tested by Far West Labs of Riverbank,CA.,and the DBCP and <br /> Nitrates results are satisfactory. A copy of the work order is included. They state they do not <br /> have a chain of custody, other than the work order. <br /> SOIL PROFILE INFORMATION <br /> The soil observed in the shallow holes was sandy clay to 38"and clay to 10'with less amounts of <br /> silt/sand. Both shallow holes passed the percolation tests. <br /> The USDA soil classification for this region of SJ County is San Joaquin Bruella.
