L 3 . 7 Description of Proposed or Expected Maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic tank usage on site. The three parcels will have only primary residences, no second unit ` dwellings are planned. Thus only one septic system per parcel is anticipated at this time. Per County ordinances, each parcel on this map is entitled to one primary residence and one second unit dwelling. Therefore this project could ultimately have 6 homes on the three proposed r parcels. 1/4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION: 6. X4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to ground water in this area is approximately 130 feet according to the map of "Lines of Equal i Depth to Groundwater" published Spring, 1999, by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. 6. v4.2 Description/Discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this area is deemed low due to the depths involved. Insecticides, L ppesticides, and fertilizers typically do not impact groundwater at these depths, however, as with any agricultural area, there is always potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the farming operation. The results for dibromochloropropane (DBCP) were L 0.225 u L and the results for nitrates measured 11.6 mg/L. 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the lab: The water samples were obtained from the spigot at the house located 23490 N. Jack Tone Road. The samples were taken by Louie Mendez of Dillon & Murphy, and driven directly to Precision Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech requirements. The results from the test can be found in the Appendix. 4.6 Complete Chain of Custody document, including printed and signed name of third party sampler, condition of sample and date and time the sample was submitted to the lab.
