Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> r <br /> The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> ,42� ncorporating proposed staff, customers, and winery waste use, indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is <br /> required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> "The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as <br /> percolationdetermined by the <br /> Department appro al. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 4 <br /> 1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> t D.
