Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> S_��Rd ,public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin <br /> ounty Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> `I <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Enviromnental Health Department for 4 <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety � <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> I. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> / 1I <br /> f floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and ' <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $186.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> K. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> Xif hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br />
