A permit for the <br /> percolation test must be obtained from the Environmental Health Department(Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> d. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central <br /> Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code,Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> NOTE: The applicant shall provide the Environmental Health Department written approval for winery <br /> waste removal to an approved site until Regional Board approval. <br /> e. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the soil <br /> suitability/nitrate loading findings(Development Title Sections 9-11103. and 9-1110.4) <br /> ' 4' <br /> f.
