The southeast portion of the property appears to be planted with row crops. Jahant Slough extends into the surrounding lands. Land to the north of the subject property appears to be used for agriculture with open fields. Land to the south appears to be used for agriculture with scattered buildings. Open fields and structures can be seen to the east. At least four structures can be faintly seen on the adjacent property near the center portion of the subject property just north of]chant Road. In the 1963 photo, the subject property and surrounding properties appear similar to previous years. A small structure is apparent at the southeast portion of the property In the 1975 and 1983 photos, the subject property and surrounding properties appear similar to previous photos. In the 1993 photo, the subject property and surrounding properties appear similar to previous photos. These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. NOA's ability to interpret the land /uses is limited by the scale and quality of the photos. /2.3 usrs Topographic Maps The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey,Lodi North, California, quadrangle map. One 7.5-minute map dated 1976, was obtained from Microsoft Terraserver. In the 1976 map, the subject property is depicted as open land with Jahant Slough winding through the property. The property is depicted approximately forty to forty-five feet above i mean sea level. Jahant Slough is depicted approximately twenty-five feet above mean sea level. Jahant Slough extends into all of the surrounding properties. To the north of the subject property is open land. Land to the east and south is depicted as open fields with scattered structures. Property to the west is depicted as a vineyard with buildings. Lower Sacramento Road borders the property to the east and Jahant Road borders the property to the south. A structure is indicated near the center of the property slightly north of Jahant Road. This map is included in Appendix C of this report. /2.4 Interviews An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed by Bradford A.
