There are two lined waste water ponds and an application area on the property which are currently monitored with three monitoring wells, waste discharge order by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board(CRWQB) Central Valley Region, Order No. R5-2006-0088. Wells or septic systems? yes Vicinity Observations Topography of property and The property consists of gently sloping terrain. Jahant Slough vicinity runs through the length of the property. Oak groves and native vegetation border the waterways. The property is also planted with grape vines and is open for pasture land. Current use of adjoining The property is surrounded by agricultural land with rural properties residences. Lower Sacramento borders the property to the east, Jahant Road borders the property to the south. Evidence of past uses? None observed. Current land uses in area Agriculture. Evidence of past uses? Agriculture.
