Show on revised plans or improvement plans the existing <br /> structures with their sewage and well locations. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br />
