PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS• <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the final map or letter of approval indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br />
